Job Description
The Assistant Principal serves as an instructional leader committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and thriving learning environment where all students and staff feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed. Working collaboratively with students, families, faculty, staff, and community partners, the Assistant Principal promotes academic excellence, positive school culture, student wellness, and equitable opportunities for all learners. The Assistant Principal supports the implementation of the school's mission, vision, and core values through strong leadership, relationship-building, restorative practices, and effective systems that promote student growth and achievement. This is a 10-month position with an additional 15 summer workdays compensated at the per diem rate.
Job Qualifications Required Qualifications:
