The right faculty member will be entering as a clinical scholar with appropriate support to allow them to pursue the goal of establishing independence for their scholarly work over 2-3 years. As part of the RWJBarnabas Health system, members of our group mainly cover a 20-bed multidisciplinary medical surgical unit at the Bristol Myers Squibb Children's Hospital at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital New Brunswick and a 4 bed unit which can flex to 10 at the Unterberg Children's Hospital at Monmouth Medical Center. Our clinical programs include high level general pediatric surgery, neurosurgery, ENT surgery, a level 1 pediatric trauma program, solid organ transplantation, bone marrow transplant, palliative care medicine, pediatric ground and air transport, and extracorporeal support. We staff and support a Pediatric sedation program. We have high camaraderie and teamwork amongst our division members and are looking for the right person to join our group.
