Assistant Project Coordinator 4239 State Route 33, Tinton Falls, NJ 07753 Full-time Full-time Assistant Project Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator / Assistant Project Coordinator to support our project management team in a fast-paced construction environment. This role focuses on project documentation, tracking, coordination, and administrative support across multiple projects. Construction industry experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate with strong organizational and computer skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Project Managers and project teams with daily administrative tasks
  • Manage and track project documentation including submittals, RFIs, drawings, meeting minutes, and closeout documents
  • Maintain project logs and ensure documentation is organized and up to date
  • Assist with preparation and review of project submittals and document packages
  • Upload, organize, and distribute project documentation through construction management portals such as Procore and Autodesk
  • Process and track drawings, specifications, and project updates
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, field staff, and office personnel
  • Support project closeout documentation and turnover packages
  • Maintain professional communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and project teams
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed Qualifications
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with Bluebeam Revu, Adobe, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar platforms preferred
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Ability to read construction drawings and specifications is a plus Preferred Traits
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
