Job Description

job summary: Assistant Project Manager needed in the Nashville Tennessee area for a leading Engineering and Construction company. Working closely with a team of Project Managers, Engineers and Construction Professionals, you will assist on a variety of construction projects, taking on task such as schedules, cliet communication and data management. Ideal candidates will have a bachelors degree in a related field and 5 years of experience.

Brentwood, Tennessee job type: Contract salary: $40 - 52 per hour work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: The APM will maintain document control, manage databases and coordinate and track project activities and communications to ensure project goals are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budget parametersAssist global practice and engineering disciplines with overall efforts for Design-only and/or EPC projects.

Assist the Project Management team to administer request for proposal (RFP) package development, bid and selection process, and develop detailed scope of work documents for downstream contracts.

Manage Contractors' submittals, requests for information, supplemental design instructions, and site drawing logs.

Verify Contractor compliance including: quality, safety, environmental, environmental and material management programs.
