$65,000 - $85,000/yr depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Direct Hire with benefits Key Responsibilities Assist Project Managers with day?to?day project coordination Review drawings, specifications, and project documents Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, purchase orders, and change orders Coordinate with vendors, installers, and internal teams Maintain project schedules and ensure deadlines are met Monitor material deliveries and logistics Support project close?out documentation and punch?list items Provide administrative and operational support across active projects Requirements 1-3+ years of experience in general construction, architectural products, or project coordination Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast?paced environment Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management software is a plus Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $65,000.00 - $85,000.00
