00 Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s) CareOne at Millbury The Assistant Director of Recreation will be responsible for, but not limited to: 1. Interact in a kind, compassionate manner with residents, families & co-workers 2. Plan and execute appropriate activities 3. Maintain a liaison with other department supervisors to adequately plan for resident activities 4. Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action 5. Assist with employee work schedules for the Recreation Department 6. Assist the Recreation Director as needed
Position Requirements:
3-5 years or relevant experience, at least 1 of which in a supervisory capacity Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills both written and verbal The CareOne mission is to define excellence within the health care community.
