Full-time Responsibilities:

This position works directly with the service department manager to provide excellent customer service while maintaining an efficient and effective service shop.

Key responsibilities:

co-ordinate workflow in the shop and on the road, manage and lead technicians, answer incoming service calls and keep customers updated on repair status or any changes to their original work orders, track department time, promote a safe workplace, monitor machine maintenance remotely, and maintain the billing system. Assist the Service Department Manager with controlling department expenses and technician productivity to achieve department financial goals and profitability, and with other projects and processes as directed.

Job Requirements:

Applicant should be highly self-motivated and possess strong leadership, management, and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential along with good computer knowledge. Candidate should be a strong multitasker, a team player, detail oriented, and committed to excellent customer service. High school diploma required. Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the agricultural industry is preferred.

Pay:

$67,200.00 - $79,200.00 per year
