Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary Consumer Finance, Payday and Title Loan Store Assistant Consumer Finance Experience Preferred. This is a mid-level professional, supervisory position held accountable for the daily operations of an assigned location. The individual in this managerial position is responsible for the operations of the Summit Financial Services, Corp store to ensure that company standards and expectations are consistently met and business functions are executed in a manner that will deliver the desired sales and profit results—while providing the highest level of service to our customers. Primary Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to) Drive team performance to maximize store's profitability by increasing loan sales, collecting past due accounts, building strong customer base, and building strong community relationships. Support the company's growth goals by recruiting, training, and developing trainees, and increase store business through community networking and word of mouth marketing. Demonstrate standards and model behavior by living the core values and maintaining store compliance with Federal and State regulations as well as Company policy.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements of Managerial Candidate:

Must be ambitious, competitive, fun, outgoing, confident, and willing to do what it takes to reach your goals. Able to train, coach, develop, and drive performance in others to succeed and obtain their goals. Thorough knowledge of basic math, able to handle and balance cash, manage financial transactions and contracts, and operate a computer to perform work duties. Organized with a professional image, able to communicate effectively with customers over the phone and face to face developing strong loyal customer and community relationships.
