We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to direct the operational and merchandising activities of our location in our Pensacola FL store. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 1-3 years management experience, a proven ability to motivate and develop associates at all levels, a proven record of assisting with cost control/profits, and a strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising and human resources. REQUIRMENTS

Must have excellent customer service skills Ability to develop, plan and execute strategies to maximize opportunities. Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Must have a high level of integrity. Demonstrates proficiency using a personal computer and company communication tools, such as email, Internet, and Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, Office, and Outlook)
