Position Responsibilities Assistant Teacher Support the Lead Teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment Assist with daily classroom routines (circle time, art, diapering, transitions, etc.) Support parent communication through the mobile app Capture photos throughout the day for daily reports and family updates Required Qualifications Currently working in a daycare or preschool setting, or recent experience in early childhood education Genuine love for children and early learning Strong team player with a positive attitude Neat, professional, and well-groomed appearance Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to pass all state and company-required background checks Basic comfort with technology and mobile apps (daily reports, photos, communication) Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma/GED Currently pursuing an Early Childhood degree and/or CDA Early Childhood Education degree Learn more about us at www.thetreehouses.org
