We are currently seeking a driven, hands-on Assistant Team Lead to dedicate full-time focus to elevating the Flemington location to Ritz-Carlton standards. As the right hand to the Team Lead, you will drive revenue, mentor a high-performing staff, and curate an immaculate, welcoming environment. The position starts at a competitive $18 per hour, with a guaranteed clear path to $20 per hour within the first year.

Keep the business running flawlessly by assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily financial goals. Curate the

Experience:

At least 2 years of proven, numbers-driven success in sales, retail, or hospitality management.

Full-Time Commitment:

Open availability to dedicate a full 40 hours per week to the salon, including essential weekend and evening coverage.
