Assistant Warehouse Manager

Assistant Warehouse Manager Medcare Health of NJ LLC United States, Jersey, Dover May 08, 2026 We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Warehouse Manager to support daily warehouse operations and help lead our team. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on efficiency, accuracy, inventory control, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily pick, pack, and shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment Supervise warehouse staff and assist with scheduling, training, and performance management Double-check outgoing orders for accuracy, compliance, and quality standards Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and organization Help manage receiving, put-away, and storage processes Identify and improve warehouse workflows for greater efficiency and productivity Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Prepare reports and maintain operational records as needed

Qualifications:

Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, and inventory control Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using warehouse systems, scanners, and Microsoft Office Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
