  • 828-859-9161 White Oak Manor is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician to join our adult care team at our Tryon Assisted Living community.
This position plays an important role in supporting residents with daily medication administration while providing respectful, quality care in a safe and welcoming environment. Position Summary The Medication Technician assists residents with medication administration according to physician orders and state regulations while supporting the nursing and caregiving team in maintaining resident comfort, dignity, and well-being. Responsibilities Administer medications as assigned and document accurately Observe residents for reactions or changes in condition Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed Maintain medication carts, records, and supplies Communicate effectively with nurses, staff, residents, and families Follow all safety, infection control, and facility policies Provide compassionate and respectful care to all residents Qualifications Medication Technician certification required Adult care or assisted living experience preferred Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work as part of a team Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude Benefits Competitive pay Supportive work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Flexible scheduling Paid training and continuing education opportunities Schedule Full-time / Part-time available Day, evening, and weekend shifts may be required Apply Today Join a team dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our residents every day.
