Legacy Village of Castle Pines is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Assisted Living Dining Room Supervisor !
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
Now, let's talk about the cherry on top - the pay. We offer a competitive wage of $23/hr , based on your experience and expertise in the field. This position will work a schedule of Sunday through Thursday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm . Are you a strong communicator, confident in making decisions while also being accountable and empathetic? We are looking for someone open to doing things differently, who isn't afraid to try new things.
All that you need is:
High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of and ability to meet regulations of ADA, state, infection and control, health department, and OSHA Passion for working with seniors Leadership skills Experience in a dining environment is required Management experience supervising multiple employees is required , and the ability to work with high school-aged team members The following is preferred but not required: Experience in a restaurant or the dietary department of a health care facility Experience working at a senior living facility Experience as a manager at an assisted living facility
