Key Responsibilities:

Medication Administration:

Safely preparing, administering, and documenting medication passes.

Monitoring Health:

Taking vital signs, observing for side effects, and reporting changes in residents' conditions to nurses.

Documentation:

Maintaining accurate medication records and counting narcotics.

Resident Support:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing or bathing, when needed. #hc231188
