ASSISTED LIVING WELLNESS DIRECTOR

Assisted Living Wellness Director Oversees the nursing staff and patient care within our assisted living facility. This role involves leadership, strategic planning/Marketing, and ensuring compliance with regulations, while also focusing on staff development and maintaining a high standard of care for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

Directing the nursing department, including hiring, firing, and developing nursing staff.

Clinical Oversight:

Ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring resident progress.

Compliance:

Maintaining compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing care.

Staff Development:

Providing training and support to nursing staff to promote professional development and enhance their skills.

Communication:

Acting as a liaison between residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Budget Management:

Overseeing the nursing budget and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Quality Assurance:

Monitoring and improving the quality and safety of patient care, implementing quality improvement initiatives.

Strategic Planning and Marketing:

Works in coordination with the Marketing Director and Administrator to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and promote the facility's resources. This involves building relationships with referral sources, managing the marketing plan and interacting with the community

Admissions Management:

Assure all requirements for admission are met and facilitate a smooth and positive admission process for new residents

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
