Discover a more connected career A successful Associate IT Projects Manager shall assist various IT projects, ensuring the integrity, security, and high availability for all IT Operations services for their locations and/or projects. Executes excellent organizational tasks, possessing the ability to prioritize and follow up on open issues and projects with a sense of urgency. At a minimum, the position requires a good working knowledge of computers, mobile devices, GPS handheld devices, satellite internet devices, and other information systems; proficient in the use of word processing applications, project management software, ArcGIS, spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft and/or Google; ability to use a computer and other office related equipment; must have the ability to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data for documentation purposes. What you'll do Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees of an assigned area, department, or project. Assist in office setups regarding network infrastructure, cabling, and security camera systems. Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance. Implement and maintain processes to assist completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project. Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project. Additional Duties as assigned. What you'll need Associate's degree in a related field or 3 years of related work experience. A high degree of professionalism, analytical skills, and excellent note-taking skills. Technically driven and adaptive; A self-starter with an out-of-the-box thinking mentality Knowledge of programing and developing language. Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks. Authorized to work in the United States. Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
