Job Description
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Associate Administrator for a leading healthcare client. This individual will partner closely with the Center Administrator to support the overall operations of a clinical facility, including financial oversight, staffing, patient care coordination, compliance, and teammate management. The Associate Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a high-quality patient and teammate experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Day-to-Day:
- Support the Center Administrator with daily clinic operations
- Oversee scheduling and staffing to support patient access
- Help manage inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Support patient care operations and emergency preparedness

- Strong administrative and operational support experience
- Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy standards
- Ability to manage schedules, staffing needs, and timecards
- Strong customer service and patient communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Associate or bachelor's degree (healthcare-related preferred)
- Familiarity with CMS, OSHA, Medicare, or other regulatory bodies
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
