Duties Engage in outside sales activities by reaching out to prospective clients, conducting presentations, and expanding the customer base. Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining positive relationships with clients. Support retail sales efforts by assisting customers in selecting products or services that meet their needs. Manage sales administration tasks including data entry, follow-up communications, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring client satisfaction. Assist with marketing initiatives to promote products or services through various channels including telemarketing campaigns. Support benefits administration processes related to client accounts and ensure compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA where applicable. Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline processes and enhance overall service delivery. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments demonstrating strong negotiation skills. Experience in insurance sales or telemarketing is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage clients and team members. Familiarity with sales administration tools, marketing techniques, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
