Associate Attorney

A prestigious personal injury law firm in Houston is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience handling personal injury matters. Responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, demands, and other legal documents Conducting legal research and case analysis Communicating with clients, medical providers, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers Attending hearings, depositions, mediations, and court proceedings Assisting with trial preparation and litigation strategy

Qualifications:
