Role Overview The Associate - CEO Office is a high-energy, high-impact role for a sharp early-career professional who wants to be at the center of a fast-moving, founder-led AI and data services company. You will work directly with the Chief of Staff and CEO to drive execution of strategic priorities, support leadership governance, and help Incedo operate at its best. This role is ideal for someone who is genuinely excited about AI - not just as a buzzword, but as a way to work smarter every day - and who thrives in environments where speed, ownership, and curiosity are rewarded. Key Responsibilities Drive the CEO Office Agenda (70%) Translate CEO Office priorities into actionable workstreams and execution outcomes. Support and coordinate end-to-end execution of high-impact initiatives as needed. Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure alignment, progress, and readiness on strategic initiatives. Support key firm-level operating processes including: OKR formulation & tracking Quarterly, monthly, and fortnightly priority cycles Review preparation, insights synthesis, and follow-ups Design clear, outcome-driven agendas for operating reviews and leadership forums. Synthesize content and insights to ensure meetings drive meaningful discussion and decisions. Capture and circulate crisp minutes and action summaries. Track, follow up, and drive closure on critical action items with relevant stakeholders. Drive AI-First Operations & Strategic Support (30%) Proactively leverage AI tools (LLMs, automation, productivity platforms) to streamline CEO Office workflows - from meeting intelligence to action tracking to research synthesis. Support the Chief of Staff in managing US-based client engagements, industry events, and executive communications - including logistics, content preparation, and follow-through. Assist with special projects spanning book marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, leadership forums, and strategic communications. Key Skills & Attributes Strong execution and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities in a lean, fast-moving team. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to produce crisp, executive-ready outputs.AI-first mindset:
