Pastoral Spiritual Care Schedule:
Rotating Shift | PRN (4 shifts within 4 weeks) How you'll make an impact in this role: Provide holistic spiritual counseling and emotional support to patients and their families, tailoring your approach to respect diverse cultural backgrounds and belief systems. Deliver high-quality pastoral assessments and clinical documentation to ensure the patient's spiritual journey is an integrated part of their overall care plan. Facilitate ethical consultations for families and medical teams, offering a values-based perspective to assist in complex decision-making and end-of-life care. Lead communal spiritual practices, including prayers and blessings, to foster a sense of peace and support within the local ministry and healthcare environment. Collaborate on the design and execution of spiritual care programs to ensure that spirituality remains a core, lived value within the healthcare setting. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Human Behavior or a related field preferred. 1 unit of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE required. 2 units of Clinical Pastoral Education accredited by the ACPE preferred.
Work Experience:
