Job Description

The Associate Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns and community engagement that resonate with fans and creators worldwide to drive demand for Hasbro products. Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday

    Strategy & Execution type="disc
  • -Establish affiliate and ambassador approaches for Hasbro brands, tailored for product and regional nuance across the global portfolio
  • Support the development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies across Hasbro & Wizards of the Coast's diverse brand portfolio.
  • Contribute to exploring new trends in the creator economy, including social commerce, AI, and emerging platforms. Campaign Development type="disc
  • -Partner with brand teams to design and execute influencer and social campaigns supporting product launches, entertainment releases, and fan engagement.
  • Manage affiliate and ambassador programs, including compliance and scaling.
  • Oversee campaign execution from creator sourcing to reporting, including product seeding, content delivery, and post-campaign insights. Talent Relations & Community Building type="disc
  • -Build and maintain relationships with creators, influencers, and agencies across gaming, toys, pop culture, and entertainment.
  • Act as a brand liaison to creator and fan communities, fostering engagement and loyalty through authentic interactions.

  • -Work closely with Digital Marketing, Communications/PR, Legal, and Consumer Insights to ensure alignment, compliance, and accurate measurement.
  • Partner with regional teams to adapt influencer and social programs for local markets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage community engagement and publishing calendars across channels. Measurement & Optimization type="disc
  • -Track campaign performance against KPIs, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Lead post-campaign evaluations to inform future influencer and organic strategies.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, FTC guidelines, and platform changes to ensure best-in-class practices. What you'll bring: type="disc
  • -4-6 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencers, organic ambassadors, social media, digital strategy, or talent management—preferably within entertainment, gaming, toys, or consumer brands.
  • Strong understanding of creator economy platforms, trends, and content formats across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and emerging channels.
  • Experience managing official brand social handles and developing content strategies
  • Demonstrated success executing influencer and organic social campaigns with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of affiliate landscape and best in class programs
  • Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Passion for pop culture, fandoms, and building communities.

The base salary range for this position is $72,200.00 to $108,300.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
