What This Role Is All About As an Associate, you are the face of the dispensary. You are the first impression, the product guide, and a big part of what keeps customers coming back. Your goal is to make every customer feel welcomed, confident, and taken care of while keeping things compliant, efficient, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Is This You? What You Will Be Doing Helping Customers and Keeping It Compliant Greet every customer with a friendly and professional attitude. Check and scan IDs accurately and consistently. Make sure every interaction is safe, compliant, and aligned with expectations. Talking Products and Driving Sales Help customers find products that fit their needs and preferences. Stay up to date on products, effects, and promotions. Suggest add ons when it makes sense and enhances the experience. Support store goals such as AOV, UPT, and overall customer satisfaction. Keeping the Store Looking Good Restock and organize the sales floor. Keep displays clean, neat, and visually appealing. Help maintain a space that feels welcoming and well put together. Supporting Inventory and Accuracy Assist with inventory counts and audits. Help check in deliveries and verify products and quantities. Follow processes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance. Being a Strong Teammate Maintain a positive and respectful environment. Step in where needed and support the team. Help create a workplace people enjoy being part of. Total CompensationBenefits Base Pay $17.00 per hour Approximately 40 hours per week Estimated annual base pay of $35,360 Additional Earnings Tips average around $4 per hour, approximately $8,320 per year Monthly bonus potential up to $2,400 per year Product testers valued around $3,600 per year Employee discount of 20 percent, estimated value around $900 per year Benefits Health insurance with 50 percent company contribution, approximately $62 per month Dental insurance with 50 percent company contribution, approximately $13 per month Vision insurance fully covered by the company, approximately $4 per month Paid time off of 56 hours annually (accrued), approximately $952 in value Sick time off of 40 hours annually (accrued), approximately $680 Estimated Total Compensation Approximately $53,160 per Year What We Are Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills.
