A New Jersey-based media services company is seeking a new Associate Customer Experience Manager to join its team and optimize multi-channel support operations for digital subscription customers.  About the

Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite)
Responsibilities:
Optimizing service delivery to digital subscription customers Maintaining and evolving customer support tools and workflows Automating recurring workflows Analyzing data to improve automation and customer satisfaction Leading AI-powered support experiences Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Customer Support Operations High School Diploma / GED Experience with Digital Subscription-based Products Proficiency in Zendesk Collaborative mindset Adaptability and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Tech certifications Experience in a Digital Business Familiarity with Kustomer or similar platforms
