Associate Dentist - Job located at 510 W. Main St., Branford, CT 06405 Provide dental services for patients of all ages: Daily procedures include restoration (fillings), crown and bridge and core build-ups, extractions, dentures, and root canals. Perform dental exams and provide general and emergency dental care. Regular cleanings, scaling, and prophylaxis. Scaling and root planing (deep cleaning). Advise patients regarding preventive dental care and the causes and treatment of dental problems. Diagnose and treat oral diseases and injuries using dental instruments. Diagnose from x-rays. Conduct oral cancer screenings. Conduct amalgam and composite restorations. Place fillings; perform pit and fissure sealants. Socket preservations, extractions, and minor oral surgeries. Root canals, including anterior teeth, premolars, and molars. Prep and deliver crowns, bridges, and veneers. Construct full and partial dentures. Instruct patients in proper dental hygiene practices and procedures for provided treatments. Perform dental implants. Other similar professional duties as assigned. M-F, 40 hours per week. $150,000.00 per year.

Must have:

A Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or equivalent in Dentistry; CT Dentist license or license eligible; and 1 year experience as a Dentist.

Experience to include:
