Comfort & Care Dentistry is seeking a full-time associate dentist to join our growing private practice in Lincolnton, North Carolina — located just outside the Lake Norman and greater Charlotte area, without the stress, congestion, and high-pressure pace often associated with practicing in the city. Our office features:

Fully digital workflow In-house CBCT technology Dedicated surgical suite for implant placement Modern restorative and surgical technology Strong hygiene program with 3-4 hygienists scheduled most days Experienced, long-term team members with very low turnover We provide a broad range of care including restorative, prosthetic, and surgical dentistry, with opportunities to continue expanding procedures and skills if desired. The Opportunity This position is ideal for either: a newer dentist seeking mentorship and clinical growth, or an experienced clinician looking for a long-term private practice home with autonomy and future opportunity. You will have full autonomy as the treating doctor while also having access to mentorship, collaboration, and support whenever desired. We enjoy learning together as clinicians and continually improving our skills so we can better serve our patients. There are no quotas or "drill-and-fill" expectations here. We prioritize doing what is right for patients, building trust, and practicing dentistry we can feel proud of long term. Schedule Full-time Monday-Thursday hours typically 8am-4:30pm Optional half-days on Fridays if desired 8am-12pm Strong existing patient flow and established practice base Compensation & Benefits Compensation based on 35% of collections Approximately 98% collections rate $600/day guaranteed for the first two months Most associates would exceed the guarantee quickly without much effort Support for continuing education, professional development, and clinical growth.
