Job Description

Associate Dentist (Part-Time) Blasek Family Dentistry - Ambler, PA Third-generation family dental practice serving the community since 1971. We are seeking a motivated, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our growing private practice 3 days per week . This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who wants strong clinical autonomy, a collaborative environment, and the opportunity to grow within an established office. About Our Practice Established private practice with strong community reputation Modern office with 9 operatories and 3 hygiene rooms Dedicated hygiene and assistant support Digital workflow and same-day restorative capabilities Services include: Family dentistry Cosmetic dentistry Restorative dentistry Orthodontics TMJ therapy Schedule 3 days per week (roughly 24-30 hours) Flexible scheduling available Compensation 30% of adjusted collections Guaranteed $800 per day for first 90 days What We Provide Established patient base Strong hygiene program Experienced clinical and administrative team Fully equipped operatories Digital radiography and modern technology Clinical mentorship available if desired CE support available Responsibilities Diagnose and present treatment plans Perform comprehensive general dentistry Build long-term patient relationships Collaborate with hygiene and support team Maintain excellent clinical documentation Qualifications DDS or DMD degree Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong communication skills Comfortable with comprehensive restorative care New graduates and experienced dentists encouraged to apply Preferred Experience (not required) Crown and bridge Endodontics Oral surgery Digital dentistry / scanning Interest in comprehensive care and treatment planning Future Opportunity Potential for expanded schedule and long-term growth opportunities within the practice.
