Job Description

Co-owned by a BCBA & a parent of an autistic child. Built by clinicians and families—not private equity. About Autism Care Plus (ACP) Autism Care Plus is an ABA practice serving children and families across Colorado. We're co-owned by a BCBA and a parent of an autistic child, so we actually understand both sides: clinical quality and real-life family needs. We're small enough to be human, big enough to be stable, and we don't play games with caseloads, billable quotas, or bait-and-switch job descriptions.
What's In It For You Compensation:
$85,000-$100,000 (W-2), depending on experience
Sign-on:
$2,000 sign-on bonus
Bonus:
Monthly performance bonus tied to realistic goals
Caseload:
~8-12 clients, with a hard cap and admin support
Time:
Protected supervision + non-billable time (not just "if you can squeeze it in")
Benefits:
PTO, holiday PTO, health benefits (if applicable), mileage for home/community
Growth:
Clear path into lead / Clinical Director responsibilities if you want leadership
Flexibility:
Primarily center-based in Colorado Springs with some home/community; limited hybrid option once caseload is stable and trust is built If you've been burned by chaos, impossible caseloads, or "do everything" roles, this is intentionally not that. What You'll Actually Be Doing Lead intakes and functional assessments; write practical, data-driven treatment plans Provide ongoing supervision and coaching for RBTs/BTs with scheduled supervision blocks Run parent/caregiver training focusing on realistic, sustainable strategies Collaborate with schools and other providers as needed Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation (within clear expectations) Partner with our Clinical Director on: client enrichment and programming quality staff growth and competency plans training, ethics, and compliance for your caseload What This Job Is Not It's not a "40-50 kid caseload" factory job It's not a role where you're on your own with no admin/scheduling support It's not remote-only—this is a Boulder -anchored role with meaningful on-site presence If you want to hide behind emails and never see the center, this won't fit. If you want to actually shape a clinic and still have a life, it will. You'll Thrive Here If… You care about quality over volume You can set boundaries and appreciate a company that backs you when you do You like building systems, not just surviving in broken ones You're okay being honest about what's not working—and want leadership that listens Requirements Master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field Active BCBA in good standing (or BCBA-D) Eligible for Colorado licensure, if applicable Comfortable with center + home/community mix and some travel in the Springs area At least 1-2 years of BCBA experience preferred, but strong new BCBAs are welcome to apply
