Home / Jobs / Associate Director of Early College Partnerships All Open Positions Share Associate Director of Early College Partnerships Staff (Full Time) Date Posted May 13, 2026 Office Academics Applications by: Location Main Campus - West St. Louis County MBU Early College Partnerships (MBU ECP) is a program that provides opportunities for high school students to earn MBU credit at a significantly reduced tuition rate. MBU ECP partners with nearly 50 high schools in the St. Louis metro area and beyond. The program is a significant contributor to the University's enrollment and revenue, and it serves as an ambassador for the University to its stakeholders by providing access to college classes and enabling high school students to get a head start on their college careers. MBU has been named among the Top 100 Workplaces in the St. Louis area since 2013. As a Christian University, we strive to live out the Gospel in the way that we love Jesus and care for others. As the Assistant Director of MBU ECP, you will be a part of a small, but impactful, team. Our team culture of "collective autonomy" requires each member to be creative and enterprising while maintaining excellence in every aspect of the program. Our program reports directly to the Provost and Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The Assistant Director of MBU ECP is a full-time staff position with benefits who reports to the Director of MBU ECP. Your primary role is to be an ambassador for the program and to propel growth to MBU ECP and to the University.
Your responsibilities will include:
Making connections to create partnerships with new high schools Visiting all current high school partners at least once each semester for registration, answering questions, and strengthening the partnership Participating in the organization and implementation of periodic MBU ECP events such as a summer workshop, advisory boards, and strategic planning Develop communication materials, print and electronic, for partners Assist the Director of MBU ECP and the Director of MBU ECP Student Services as needed. Minimum Qualifications Master's Degree and three years of experience in secondary education In addition, we are looking for someone who: Thrives in a team environment. Welcomes and initiates change that leads to continuous improvement. Is well organized, able to work independently utilizing resources to complete projects and tasks. Is willing to travel throughout the state of Missouri to visit current and potential high school partners. (This entails approximately 30% of the job.) Is proficient in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Canvas, and Team. High School administrative experience and previous experience with dual credit is beneficial. Proficiency in graphic design (i.e. Canva, Adobe) for print and digital communication is a plus. How to Apply We would love for you to apply for this position if it sounds like a fit.
