  • Job Summary
  • The Associate Director of Procurement Services is responsible for managing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance procurement solutions, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
This role leads a team to foster excellence and continuous improvement while advancing procurement solution delivery, monitoring performance through analytics, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align initiatives with organizational goals. Additionally, the Associate Director supports team development, manages risk, drives innovation, and provides insights to senior leadership to support practice growth.
  • Role Description
  • + Develop new procurement solutions based on market awareness, research, and subject matter expertise that deliver value to clients and align with demand.
+ Lead and manage portions of the procurement delivery team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. + Contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and solution development with the goal of growing the practice year-over-year and exceeding customer commitments and CSAT results. + Oversee the development and delivery of sales tools, resources, and training programs to support internal teams and clients in understanding the value of procurement solutions. + Monitor and evaluate delivery metrics, including chargeability and customer satisfaction, using data-driven analytics to drive improvements and achieve strategic objectives. + Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support sales architects and drive organizational success. + Identify and mitigate delivery risks through comprehensive risk management strategies and contingency planning. + Report on performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for future planning.

  • + Completed Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience required + 5
  • 7 years of experience in Procurement, Vendor Management, or a related functional area. + 3+ years of experience in a management role required. + Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events + Ability to travel 25% The estimated annual pay range for this position is $150,000
  • $250,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
