- The
- Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing —Endometrial Cancer HCP Strategy & Field Execution Lead
- is a high-visibility, high-impact commercial leader responsible for shaping and executing growth-driving initiatives across the Gynecological cancers portfolio.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- + Own and refine the HCP Endometrial strategy across customer segments to maximize commercial performance and align field and non-field tactics to drive business priorities.
Required Experience and Skills:
- + Bachelor's degree + Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical/ biotech experience.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- + Advanced degree (Masters Business Administration/MBA) + Previous experience as an HCP marketing lead or scientific strategy lead or Product Owner. + Oncology experience. + US Market experience in Marketing/Commercial roles. + Developing brand strategy and implementation. + Launch experience. + Agile frameworks expertise.

An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs. The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits.
