Job Description
29 Year established maintenance office(Dr Kalkan has 27 years experience), seeking an associate to grow in our practice. I am at the capacity that I would like to stay but we have more business than I can handle by myself. The exiting Associate is seeing 45-60 patients a week, but there is a ton of growth to be had by the right Doctor. Looking for someone strong in patient education and giving solid report of findings as well as no fear to schedule patients with a decent frequency. These are the biggest keys to building a practice, & the biggest struggle for associates. Strong adjusting skills & great hands are a plus too! I would like a self starter and who wants to get into the community to be involved because this is a career, not a job. I am willing to join, speak & participate in anything for practice growth that you can find for us to get into, but I expect my associate to drive that train and earn it as I've been doing this 27 years & I don't have the energy or time to organize it all and run the practice. I am willing to give you my time to develop the skills needed (mentioned above) to help you find your own way in this profession. To troubleshoot ROF's, & help coach adjusting and patient education because having a passion for what we do is essential. We are in a very fertile large growth area so the sky is the limit & again, I am almost always at capacity so almost all our growth will be for the associate, I'll just take direct referrals. I would also love to find the right Doctor who may possibly want to buy the practice down the road to keep the continuity in our community. I want a Doctor who I can trust to run the practice when I take time off so I can rest my worries & know my people are left in good hands! It is a great practice with a great reputation and we love our people! We offer 2 weeks vacation, Simple IRA matching, & paid malpractice.
