Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative, operational, and clinical oversight to General Pediatric, PICU, and NICU units Ensure coordination of care across all pediatric acuity levels Implement evidence-based, family-centered clinical practices and pediatric/neonatal protocols Ensure compliance with DOH, Joint Commission, CMS, and AAP standards Supervise and mentor nurse managers, educators, and frontline staff Support workforce development, retention, and clinical competency initiatives Oversee staffing, workflow management, and unit resource allocation Support emergency preparedness and service line operations Qualifications Proven leadership experience in acute care pediatric or neonatal settings (Director, ADON, or Senior Nurse Manager level) Strong clinical expertise in PICU and/or NICU environments Active, unrestricted RN license in the State of New York BLS Certification required BSN required;

MSN/MHA/MBA
