This candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of labor and employment matters as well as some general litigation defense matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The successful applicant must have the following: Have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Have a minimum of two years of experience, preferably defending labor and employment claims Have experience, preferably defending liability claims and handling insurance defense and/or complex litigation Have experience drafting pleadings, answering written discovery, taking depositions and participating in arbitrations/trials Have excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, organization, and analytical skills.
