Job Description

Come join an incredible team of individuals dedicated to advancing the success of new and experienced financial advisors. This role provides all aspects of sales support to Financial Advisors to ensure that their focus remains on helping their clients. We have a comprehensive training program to help you obtain all necessary licenses and learn all aspects of the business.
Specific responsibilities include:
Planning and Service Support Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with Financial Advisors. Prepare financial plans for Financial Advisors Complete meeting prep work for client meetings which includes gathering/creating all materials needed for the approach, close, delivery and client review.
Manage underwriting process which includes:
o Pre-filling applications with client data o Checking applications for completeness and accuracy o Submitting applications o Scheduling requirements and medical exams with clients Open investment accounts and process investment service requests such as funds disbursements, account transfers and trade correction requests. Process client requests such as name and address changes, beneficiary changes, changes to banking information Participate in team meetings. Prepare and manage client communications and maintain compliant electronic client files. Other projects as assigned by Team Lead.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance and/or equivalent work experience. Commitment to professional development (e.g. licensing, registration, designations) Health and Life licensed or obtain licensing within 60 days of employment. (study materials provided) Obtain Investment Licensing (SIE, Series 6, Series 63) within one year. (study materials provided) Strong customer relationship and customer service skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to Work well on a team. Strong in follow through, fact finding and multitasking. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

$52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
