Job Description

Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused HR Services Representative to join our team in Minneapolis, MN. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting employees, resolving inquiries, and contributing to a positive HR experience across the organization. The HR Services Representative will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related questions and requests, providing timely and accurate support while ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday, a strong customer service background, and at least 1 year of HR experience.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Respond to employee and manager inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, benefits, and general employment matters + Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and internal HR support channels + Support HR transactions and maintain accurate employee records in Workday + Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and other employee lifecycle processes + Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex HR matters when needed + Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies + Partner with internal teams to deliver a seamless HR support experience + Contribute to process improvements and ongoing HR service initiatives
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 1+ year of HR experience required + Previous customer service experience required + Experience using Workday required + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment + High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems
