Job Description

This helps care recipients retain their dignity during often challenging times and ensures they receive the most appropriate services for their specific situation. Through facilitating self-directed home and community-based services, AssuranceSD improves the standard of home care available to aging seniors and individuals with special needs.
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Enrollment Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the growth and success of AssuranceSD and its brand of businesses. As the first experience a customer has with AssuranceSD, Enrollment Specialists are responsible for successfully onboarding new participants, workers, and vendors into the referred program with a focus on detail and data accuracy. With strong attention to detail, the Enrollment Specialist is responsible for enrollment packet processing and data entry, ensuring the integrity of the information received and input into the system of record.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Technical Skills:
End-to-end enrollment process Directly support 30-35 incoming enrollments per month, maintaining them until successful conversion Packet Completion (What a good completion looks like) Accuracy Data entry (SmartSheet, packet pre-population) Data entry (into the system of record) System of Record (FMS, Arborsoft..) MS Office Suite (Teams, SharePoint) Writing Skills for a
Professional Setting Interpersonal Skills:
Communication, internal & external
Teamwork Customer Satisfaction Problem-solving Skills:
De-escalating Tier One issues Overcoming enrollment blockers (requesting reschedules, EIN errors, etc.)
Leadership Skills:
Asking for help or identifying issues
Adaptability:
Flexibility, Ability to pivot Willingness to raise a hand (helping with projects…) Learning agility (learning new skills over time) Response to feedback (How it is received and actioned)
Time Management:
Moving multiple priorities forward Ability to schedule work and tasks to completion
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
1-year relevant experience.
