• + •2nd Shift Mon-Fri, 6 AM-2:30 PM•+ •$22/hour•Overview•We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented •Associate Machinist•to join our growing manufacturing team.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Set up, operate, and maintain designated machines according to work instructions and standard procedures + Follow detailed method documents to produce and inspect parts to specification + Inspect parts for quality, cleanliness, and accuracy, including deburring when required + Accurately document non-conforming materials and support corrective action efforts + Perform basic mechanical assembly and support automated testing processes + Use hand and power tools safely and effectively + Operate inspection and measurement equipment as needed + Maintain organized work areas and ensure equipment is in proper condition + Support aircraft component assembly and general production tasks + Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment + Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production and quality goals •Required Qualifications•+ High school diploma or equivalent + Minimum 6 months of production, manufacturing, or assembly experience + Basic understanding of machining or mechanical processes + Ability to follow detailed instructions with strong attention to detail + Comfortable working under supervision in a structured environment + Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks + Ability to lift and move materials as needed + Experience using hand and power tools •Preferred Qualifications•+ Mechanical assembly experience + Exposure to manufacturing, machining, or automated testing environments + Experience in aerospace or aircraft component assembly + Previous work in a large-scale production or industrial setting •Why Join Us?

• This position is based in a large, clean manufacturing facility and involves machining, assembly, and production operations. The role requires extended standing, use of tools and machinery, and handling materials in a structured, safety-focused environment that emphasizes quality and continuous improvement.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fort Collins, CO.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
