Position Summary Job Description Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities Manages the day-to-day operations of the department while maintaining an inventory of supplies needed to operate printing processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Ensures that all aspects of the production process successfully align to deliver the correct quality of each product and effectively enhance the organization's brand recognition. Executes various responsibilities related to price bids on customized orders, vendor relations, and other related tasks as required to successfully enhance the company's competitive advantage in the industry. Directs the purchasing of materials, supplies, and equipment, while controlling the workflow of inventory and use of equipment to support the needs of the business. Ensures the team meets quality standards and specifications by adjusting press machinery and other necessary tools for optimal productivity. Advises the Director on subjects and issues that pertain to achieving financial, productivity flow, and other objectives of the Print Operations department. Follows management-directed initiatives with the maintenance team to facilitate proper equipment maintenance and timely repairs to ensure the team stays on schedule. Coordinates with employees on performance, safety requirements, and company procedures and policies to ensure compliance across the board. Manages department costs in order to achieve budget goals in the areas of materials, payroll, and other variable expenses to contribute to the company's overall revenue and profitability targets. Education Post secondary /high school education or specialized training, i.e., technical/vocational programs. Prior Relevant Work Experience 5-7 years Essential Qualifications Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills Working knowledge of business intelligence Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills Adept at collaboration and teamwork Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills Certified Digital Print Production Manager (CDPM) preferred. Adobe InDesign Certification preferred. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years Working experience of mailroom operations, including USPS Postal regualations and inserting equipment operations. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
