Associate Manager- Restaurant

As an Associate Manager, you will support the General Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while helping lead shifts, maintain service standards, support team performance, and ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.

Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older Previous restaurant, customer service, or leadership experience preferred Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Serv-Safe or equivalent

Qualifications:

Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and a strong work ethic Strong communication and team leadership skills Ability to lead by example and support a positive team culture Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and guest recovery skills Basic computer, cash-handling, and POS system knowledge Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Responsibilities:

Lead assigned shifts while supporting smooth daily restaurant operations Help coach, motivate, and support team members to deliver exceptional guest service Ensure team members follow company policies, appearance standards, and operational procedures Support opening, closing, cash handling, and shift change procedures Monitor guest satisfaction and address guest concerns promptly and professionally Assist with shift deployment, break management, and team communication Support food quality, cleanliness, safety, and operational standards throughout the restaurant Reinforce company expectations, service standards, and team accountability during each shift Communicate staffing, inventory, maintenance, or service concerns to management promptly Step in wherever needed to support the team and ensure an exceptional guest experience

Pay:

$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
