As the Associate Merchant for Multipack Kids Juice, you'll help shape the assortment for one of Walmart's most important customers — kids — by delivering fun, value-driven beverage options that parents trust and kids love.

• What you'll do...
• + Drive assortment decisions and item strategy using customer insights, sales trends, and market data to grow the Kids Juice business.

+ Partner with suppliers to negotiate costs, improve product performance, and bring innovative offerings to Walmart customers. + Collaborate cross-functionally with merchandising, replenishment, marketing, and supply chain teams to execute category strategies and seasonal plans. + Monitor business performance metrics including sales, margin, inventory, and item productivity to identify opportunities and solve challenges quickly. + Champion the customer experience by ensuring the right products, value, and innovation are available for families shopping Walmart's beverage aisle.
