Jul 1, 2026 Job Description Associate Principal (Nute Middle High School) Milton School District | SAU 64 | Milton, NH Milton School District is seeking a collaborative and student-centered Associate Principal to support the leadership of Nute Middle High School. The ideal candidate will be an adaptive educational leader with strong experience in Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), student behavior systems, restorative practices, and building a positive school culture that supports the success of all students. This role requires the ability to support instructional leadership, coordinate student support systems, respond effectively to behavioral challenges, and work collaboratively with staff and families to create a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
NH Associate Principal or Principal Certification Strong understanding of MTSS frameworks and intervention systems Experience with student behavior management and restorative practices Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and families Experience supporting school culture and student engagement initiatives Background in staff supervision, student discipline, and school operations Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills Join a collaborative, student-centered district where relationships, responsiveness, and continuous improvement drive our work to support all learners
