As an Associate Software Engineer, you'll work on the software that powers our highfidelity flight and mission simulators•adding new capabilities, modernizing existing systems, and helping deliver the realism that keeps pilots missionready. What You'll Do:
Build real software that matters•developing features across the full software lifecycle. Team up with engineers from multiple disciplines to turn ideas into working solutions. Debug and optimize code to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability. Participate in code reviews, learn best practices, and grow your engineering toolkit. Stay curious•explore new technologies and bring fresh thinking to complex software challenges.
Qualifications and Education Requirements What You Bring:
A BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Strong communication, teamwork, and the confidence to collaborate with engineers at all levels. A mindset built on ownership, accountability, and the drive to keep learning. Sharp analytical thinking and problemsolving instincts. Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access; U.S. citizenship required. Willingness to support occasional overtime, shift work, weekend work, and CONUS travel. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Preferred Skills Experience developing, testing, and debugging software•via coursework, projects, or internships. Familiarity with tools like GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, or Atlassian (school or project experience counts!). Why You'll Love Working at

Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval. All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources. Incumbent must be eligible for DoD Personal Security Clearance. Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role. Work Environment Duties performed in an office environment and manufacturing facility. Must be able to work overtime on and off-shifts as required. Salary Range:
$86900•96100 The actual compensation rate is subject to the evaluation of the following factors (but not limited to): the candidate's work experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and market.
