Job Summary and Qualifications Coordinates the successful execution of IT&S deliverables to meet the identified business objectives associated with all PHY (Employed Physician Practices LOB) or UCC (Urgent Care LOB) transition projects including divestitures, standard implementations (Moves/Adds/Changes), deployment of equipment for eCW implementations, and full implementation of Urgent Care facilities as defined. In addition, the Technical Lead II ensures continuity and alignment of PSG's network and security administration/engineering direction and plans with HCA's corporate IT&S strategies and division

Associate Technical Lead is responsible for planning, scheduling, executing, scope management, status reports, cost/budget development, and tracking. Managing efforts with significant interdependencies of active projects or existing systems. The coordinators work with multiple stakeholders within IT&S and Business Operations to define a project's objectives and scope; work across the IT&S organization to acquire resources and form project teams; estimate project schedule and costs; manage the work of team members and third-party contractors, and vendors, to deliver IT products according to plan, schedule, and budget. The Lead oversees projects from initiation to development of the defined results, and through the deployment of the product, including turnover to the appropriate systems support and user support organizations. Up to 10% travel may be required.SUPERVISOR
: Program Manager Technical Installations General Responsibilities Works with the program manager to assist in executive reporting needs and communication to our main business stakeholders. Leads and engages others in identifying, tracking, and mitigating risks associated with each project Provides senior management and stakeholders with project statuses Tracks and communicates the status of data migrations, data archives, interfaces, circuit delivery, hardware procurement and delivery, and overall implementation status. Performs due diligence on projects to identify high-risk items associated with the deal and communicates the risk along with mitigation options to PSG Development. Develops, coordinates, guides, and executes IT readiness and EHR implementation plans, participating proactively with all transition stakeholders including but not limited to:- PSG Business Development

- PSG Ambulatory EHR

- PSG Transition Teams
- PSG Operations & Leadership Communicates IT readiness to transition stakeholders, including management groups and professional staff. Works with business development to track upcoming projects and develop pipeline reports for stakeholders. What qualifications you will need:
College graduate preferred Special Qualifications Working experience in IT or related experience or project management experience Proficient with project management concepts such as Scope, Communication, Financial and Risk Management practices. Knowledge and/or experience with network technology concepts preferred. Proficiency with project management software, such as MS Project, Workbench, and CA Clarity. Competent and proficient understanding of IT project requirements. Demonstrated experience in team management. Networking- Data/Voice experience is desirable Mature understanding of technical support processes and workflow Understands pertinent HIPAA guidelines Strong analytical skills and detailed organizational skills Demonstrated ability to proactively identify needs, manage resources, and multi-task Excellent communication and analytical skills, inclusive of written, verbal and listening Customer Service Orientation and strong teamwork.
