Job Description

JOB The Associate Technology Solutions Specialist is responsible for hands-on technical support for MVTA endpoint devices and systems. The role focuses on configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues to support daily operations. This position works closely with IT staff and other departments to ensure reliable and efficient technology services.

This is a limited-term position intended to support ongoing operational needs and project-based work and must have flexibility to cover after-hour events and on-call duties as assigned.
