We are a fast-growing, entrepreneurial wealth management firm looking for an emotionally intelligent and relationship-driven Associate Wealth Advisor to join our team in Allentown, PA. This is not a cold-calling role or a "build-your-book-from-scratch" position. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys building strong client relationships, conducting meaningful financial reviews, identifying planning opportunities, and helping clients make confident decisions over time. You'll work primarily with existing clients and firm-generated opportunities while being supported by an established team, marketing infrastructure, and operational support. Key Responsibilities Client Review Meetings & Financial Planning Conduct regular annual and ongoing review meetings with assigned clients to evaluate financial strategies, address evolving goals, and realign plans as needed Prepare thoroughly for client meetings by reviewing account summaries, updating financial projections, and organizing all relevant documentation in advance Present and help implement customized financial plans tailored to each client's unique goals, priorities, and timeline Assist clients with retirement income planning, rollover strategies, retirement account management, and long-term planning decisions Draft professional follow-up communications after meetings, outlining recommendations, action items, and next steps Client Relationship Management Serve as a trusted point of contact for an assigned client base through proactive, responsive communication Build long-term, trust-based relationships with clients and their families Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and service requests Guide clients through account transfers, rollovers, and onboarding processes with clarity and confidence Assist clients with accessing and navigating the client portal and related account technology Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and consolidate outside assets Financial Products & Strategy Execution Assist clients with annuities, life insurance, managed money solutions, and other planning strategies as part of their overall financial plan Coordinate with the advisory team regarding portfolio management and investment strategy implementation Resolve complex account and service issues with professionalism and attention to detail Stay current on financial planning strategies, products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements Documentation & CRM Management Maintain accurate and organized client records, meeting notes, and documentation Document all client and prospect interactions thoroughly within the CRM system Ensure precise and compliant data entry across all internal systems Support pre-appointment preparation and new client onboarding as needed What We're Looking For 1-3 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related advisory role Active Life & Health insurance license required Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe CFP® designation or pursuit of certification is a plus Strong understanding of financial planning, retirement strategies, and investment solutions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Professional presence with high emotional intelligence Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable leading client conversations and annual review meetings Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow long-term within the firm Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Experience with CRM systems, financial planning software, and Microsoft Office Suite preferred Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $65,000+ Performance-based bonus opportunities Total compensation potential of $80,000-$120,000+ Health insurance Paid time off Licensing support Marketing and operational support Long-term growth opportunities within the firm About Strategic Wealth Alliance Group Strategic Wealth Alliance Group exists to help individuals and families take genuine control of their financial future.
