This role collaborates with the Front Desk and Maintenance Departments and requires a hands-on leader who can train, coach, and inspire the team while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in leading housekeeping, laundry, and houseperson teams to achieve departmental goals Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces Train, mentor, and hold team members accountable while supporting their professional development Collaborate with Front Desk and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations and a seamless guest experience Monitor supplies, inventory, and departmental efficiency, implementing improvements as needed Uphold property, brand, and regulatory standards in all operations

Qualifications:
