Job Summary:
The Assistant Rifle Coach will assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the operation of the women's tennis program and adherence to NCAA, Patriot Rifle Conference, and institutional rules and regulations.
Job Description:
The University of Mississippi is currently accepting applications for Assistant Rifle Coach, to assist the Head Coach in all aspects of the operation of the women's tennis program and adherence to NCAA, Patriot Rifle Conference, and institutional rules and regulations. Assists head coach in providing coaching and administrative duties to support the NCAA Division I Rifle program including: Assists in coordinating day to day practice preparation and instruct student-athletes on these systems and concepts. Evaluate student-athletes to identify strengths and deficiencies. Provide individual skill instruction, supervision, and motivation to student-athletes. Assists in preparing and coordinating annual, seasonal, monthly, weekly, and day to day practice planning and design. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree and successful experience in coaching at a highly competitive level.
Substitution Statement:
An equivalent combination of related experience and education may be considered for this role. Substitutions of the required experience or education will be assessed on a 1:1 substitution basis.
