  • Contract Employer Partners reports to the Director of Business Development.
The Program Manager oversees the team of account managers in the management of institutions, clients, and students with registration processes. The Program Manager-Contract Partners heads client and student communication and coordination on applications, prerequisites for enrollment, completions, and ensures data is updated daily, weekly, and monthly as applicable. The Program Manager-Contract Partners ensures that client employees meet all necessary regulations, standards, criteria, and policies. The Program Manager-Contract Partners must possess the ability to work well with colleagues and other constituents, often from a distance, and have a high comfort level with the use of multiple forms of communication. The Program Manager must be self-reliant and comfortable in a highly visible position, exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills are essential, as is the ability to make decisions and to accept accountability. The Program Manager is expected to lead and persevere in a challenging environment, to demonstrate an advanced ability to learn from experience, possess strong writing skills and high-level project management skills. The Program Manager-Contract Partners must be able to multitask, managing multiple priorities, responsibilities and deliverables in a timely manner and within the constraints of externally and internally imposed deadlines. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Account Managers that are the main point of contact to clients and partners Monitor operations of all functions of the assigned partnerships to ensure adherence to corporate contracts Ensure operational budgets for student enrollment volume is being met and/or exceeded for contracted educational partnerships Ensure that assigned schools meet all deadlines required, and approvals by tracking and managing communications while meeting internal and external due dates Use internal document management systems and reports to manage a compilation of applications, reports, responses, and correspondence (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, and annually reporting) Partners with appropriate corporate departments on all internal and external matters, deadlines, and communications Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with partner institutions, corporations, and industry associations Experience and Education Required Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field from an academic institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting agency that is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or substantive experience in post-secondary education Experience navigating complex, multi-site, geographically diverse organizations Strong time management skills & attention to detail Superior oral and written communications skills, an ability to think and plan strategically, self-reliance, and exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
